Vidcat Plus Has A new Look

Vidcat Plus is the online home of the Vidcat Fashion Videos Archive. The new website features a growing collection of several decades of fashion show videos including iconic 80s fashion shows, 90s supermodels, backstage fashion week interviews with designers and beauty experts, vintage fashion films, fashion trends and much more.

“The centerpiece of the video archive is our collection of original fashion newsreels from the 1950s-60s” said Janet Pytowski, President and Chief Video Curator, Vidcat. The Black and White video  newsreel clips highlight the two stylish decades with looks by Rudi Gernreich, Christian Dior, Pierre Cardin and many couture designer fashions and accessories.  MOD clothes and space-age fashions, famous celebrities and news worthy stories complete the vintage fashion newsreels collection.

The Vidcat Fashion Videos Online Archive is a unique resource for fashion history students and enthusiasts. Access to the online streaming video archive is via Free and Paid membership levels.
